The Chasing A Dream Foundation was established and founded by Chester W. Hightower Jr., in efforts to assist and motivate the youth in our community to make wise decisions for their future. The basic principles of this organization rely on positive recreational activities that can and will prevent our youth from dropping out of school, committing crimes, and ultimately losing their focus. .
